| Is there a limit on how much I can earn? Currently we have a limit of $50 per month as a direct payout to you when you use $urfBar™. | How does the referral payment system work? The referral payment system allows you to earn more by telling your friends about us. When they tell others, you still make money! There are 2 different kinds of referrals: Direct referrals and indirect referrals Direct Referrals : Your direct referrals are friends and people who join Urge2Net through you. Indirect Referrals : When people you have referred, join Urge2Net, and subsequently refer others, this becomes an indirect referral for you. Each person that these new members bring will also be your indirect referrals. This chain of referrals goes on up to a maximum of 5 (1 direct + 4 indirect) levels, and there is no limit to the total number of people you can have in your network. The concept is easily visualized, as a tree that grows and spreads its branches out.

| What do my referrals have to do in order for me
to make money? They have to register, using your special $urfReward$ ID. We cannot credit your account if your referrals do not enter this $urfReward$ ID. You earn money every time your referrals earn money! This means you will earn every time your referrals Chat, Surf the Web, Shop Online, use Email and/ or refer other members. |

| How much money will I make from Referrals? For every direct referral that you make - you will earn a 10 cent bonus each time they earn one dollar on our Network. For every indirect referral that you make - you will earn a 5 cent bonus each time they earn one dollar on our Network. |

| This is too complicated! I can't calculate how
much money I can make? You can calculate your potential earnings at any time by using the online $urfReward$ calculator. For example, if you refer 5 members (direct), and they in turn refer on an average only 3 members (indirect) each, and so on until you reach a total of five levels (1 direct +4 indirect) then you will earn a bonus of $265 where each of your referred member (direct and indirect) browses for 10 hrs per month. This is in addition to the $50 dollars in direct earnings you earn for your own surfing. Your total for that month would be $315 ($265+$50). Note: You cannot get a bonus earning on a bonus earning that your referral gets. Your bonus earnings are calculated on the total direct earnings of your referrals, not inclusive of their bonus earnings. |

| How do I get paid? When you join, you will automatically get a $urfReward$ Account which keeps track of your total earnings. By using our services you will earn $urfDollar$ which are reflected in this $urfReward$ Account. One $urfDollar$ is equal to one U.S. Dollar, when you CA$H in. We pay members by check. A check is mailed at the end of every quarter to members whose balance equal or exceed US$50. All checks are paid in US$ and a processing/postage fee of US$2.00/ check will be deducted from your $urfReward$. Fees are only due at the time of check processing. |
