| When
do I get paid?
We pay our members by check once a month. The initial pay cycle takes at least 60 days from the time you start using our services. This is due to the delay in processing coming from advertisers and other corporate sponsors. Once we receive all advertising revenues for the month we will pass you on a percentage of the revenues by assigning value per ad point. Based on the number of your ad points and the net revenues Spedia.net has generated for the month you will get paid. If your account does not exceed $30, we will automatically carry it over to the next month. After the initial delay you will get paid every month. |

How can I check the value of my Ad Points? Members can check their account balance and the number of accumulated ad points at anytime. If the revenues for the month are not collected we cannot assign a fair value to your ad points, hence the "Total Cash Value" line on your statement will read "unavailable". Please be patient. We work hard to collect the money. |

| Spedia Bar does not seem to generate Ad Points
for me. Why? Spedia technology utilizes a number of intelligent, self-learning procedures that are developed to allow our support staff to detect illegal accumulation of ad points by members that automate the ad point generation procedure. Our staff does not only actively monitor all member activities, but also analyze usage data based on one or more of the following criteria:

| What is your policy regarding automated
accumulation of Ad Points? Spedia strongly prohibits any usage of devices, machines, computers or other equipment for automatic / computerized generation of ad points. Spedia has a very strict policy in this regard as the computerized generation of ad points negatively affects the value of the Spedia members' ad points. Spedia will immediately terminate any account which it believes, in its sole discretion, is utilizing or is otherwise connected with any automatic/computerized generation of ad points or other similar illegal activities. If the member is involved in such activities, and/or if the membership is terminated or canceled for any reason, the member will forfeit all accumulated ad point balances and other bonuses. |

| Can I use more than one type of Spedia Bar to
generate Ad Points? No! You can not use more than one type of Spedia Bar at one and the same time against one or more accounts. In other words, you can not use simultaneously Spedia Bar for Windows and Spedia Bar for Internet Explorer to increase the number of Ad Points you will generate. Spedia strongly prohibits the simultaneous usage of different types of Spedia Bar applications to generate Ad Points for one or more accounts. Spedia will track down and terminate accounts that abuse this rule. |
