adverts? The Adbar is the means to allow us to pay you for surfing the Internet. We would not be able to pay you cash and create this site for you without them. The Adbar merely sits at the top of your browser and is unobtrusive. You can minimise it at any point if it annoys you by clicking the top right-hand corner. Remember, the Adbar enables you to receive cash for surfing the net and it might just point you in the direction of another site, shop or service that you didn't know about. |
| How do I earn money? There are two ways you can earn money with Sharkhunt.com. First, by having the Adbar on display whilst you surf the Internet and secondly, by referring your friends to Sharkhunt.com. |
| Will I have to buy anything? No! We did not set up Sharkhunt.com to trick you into buying things you neither want nor need. We do offer discounts from a variety of on-line stores, but this is to help you negotiate your on-line shopping. There is no obligation to buy. |

| Can I cancel my
membership? You can cancel your membership at any point if you don't like what we have to offer. Join now, give it a go and see if you like it. |
| How much will I earn? Your earnings potential depends on the amount of time you spend on the Internet and the number of friends you refer to Sharkhunt.com. When you keep the Adbar open you will be paid 25p for every hour it is open. When you refer members you get paid 10p for every hour they keep the Adbar open. For every member they refer you get 5p, for every member they refer you get 5p and finally for every member they refer you get 5p. There is no limit to the amount you can earn on referrals. Initially we will set a total limit of £20 per month to the amount you can earn, but we may increase this in the future. |

anyway? We are a bunch of friends who decided that we should do something to offer real value to Internet users. We want to restore the rightful powers of the Internet to its millions of individual users - you. Sharkhunt.com is based in London and we work as a team. |
| When will I get paid? We will pay you in two ways. You will choose between a cheque for cash or you can exchange them for sharkpoints and use them in our bargain channel. |
| What are the rules? We have a few rules so that our Community grows responsibly. (1) No member can join more than once. (2) We are selling adverts as fast
as we can. Until we sell all our ads we will have to limit the time we can give you credit
for on the Adbar. We are initially going to set a limit of £20 per user per month, but
this could increase depending on how successful we are. |
| How do I refer friends,
family and colleagues? Referring friends is easy. Go to the refer page where we have developed a few standard e-mails detailing what Sharkhunt.com has to offer which you can send to your friends. There is no obligation for them to join on receipt of the e-mail and we are not going to send them any more e-mails. But remember you get paid if they do join. Please do not refer people you do not know as that contravenes our anti-spamming policy. |
| What is your anti-spam
policy?/I have been spammed, what do I do? You cannot refer people you do not know. If you e-mail indiscriminately i.e. "spam" other users we will cancel your membership immediately. We strictly enforce our anti-spamming policy and have terminated several memberships where there has been a contravention of this policy. If you have been "spammed" please e-mail us at mailto:[email protected] with the "spammer"'s Sharkhunt ID and we will take appropriate action. |
| When can I start earning
while I surf? Sharkhunt.com is currently developing the software to support the Adbar. It will be ready to download in around four to five weeks. However, you should still join now so as to maximise the number of people you refer. The more referrals that you make the more money you can make. Refer your friends now! |
| What services do you
offer? As well as enabling you to use the Internet for your own purposes, Sharkhunt.com offers you a number of free services: * A bargain shopping channel which gives you the best deals in the UK and Europe * An auction channel where you can advertise goods and services for free * An e-mail channel which gives you web-based e-mail for free in addition to your normal e-mail account. We also offer "frequent flyer" or "Sharkpoints" on your e-mails which you can use in our bargain channel! * A web based calendar and diary which you can use to manage, store and retrieve your personal information anywhere in the world..
